FSC OnLine, located near the Suwannee River, wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of shipment. Please follow the return instructions below for prompt and efficient service:

Returned products must be in new and unused condition, and in the original packaging. Returns received without original packaging may be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Outbound and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the shipper you use. This will be helpful in locating your return should it fail to be received by us. In the unlikely event a product is found to be defective or shipped in error, shipping charges may be credited.
